* Must be notified 72 hours PRIOR to event cancellations for partial refunds. Deposits will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation. Please understand that supplies have been pre-purchased, scheduling arrangements have been made and other clients have potentially been denied because of priority for your event. Full refunds will only be given if a cancellation occurs as the result of Painting Smiles by Melissa, Inc.
